On top of that they provide some fantastic perks like free lunch on Thursdays and contribution towards wellness/connectivity activities, which make a real difference to the workday and contribute to a supportive, enjoyable workplace.
Cons
Being a newer company, structures and goals are still evolving. This can make it challenging to align personal career goals with the company’s direction, as priorities shift frequently. Additionally, the recruitment process wasn’t entirely transparent, which could be improved to help set expectations for new hires.
