      Pros

      * Awesome co-workers: brilliant, hard-working, incredibly helpful, and just plain cheerful and fun to be around * Interesting work: challenging problems and the ability to own solutions and take initiative * Flexible PTO: Figure has a flexible PTO strategy where you don't "earn" or bank PTO, but unlike other companies I've heard of with this policy, Figure actually lets you take a reasonable amount of time off * Amazing benefits: $0 of payroll deductions for awesome health benefits for employees and their family!

      Cons

      Honestly, I can't think of any cons. There will always be occasional stress and small quibbles with any job and/or co-workers, but there's truly nothing significant to complain about.

      Pros

      Free health insurance, the option to work from home, pay was good.

      Cons

      They hire and fire at will. They have no real training program. They throw all this stuff at you and advise to take notes, then they tell you that you have 3 assessments to take. They tell you that you cant look at any of the documents or tools that they provided to you to do the job. How they expect you to know all that is impossible. Then they let you to believe that you passed and put you on the floor doing the job. Two days later they call you after you go home, to say oh you didnt pass training.. You didnt get the score of 85. Did not matter that I was doing the job and getting high QA scores. and they dont let you repeat training, they just fire you. You are just a number to them and not a human being.
