Being a small company you often have the ability to wear many hats and see the impact your contributions make to the company.

Employees here at Filamatic receive terrible support from the leadership. To be honest, I rarely feel the presence and guidance of our management. Instead, we get micromanaged by our supervisors all the time. Instead of guidance, what we get is constant, unnecessary meddling from the leadership.
