While every job is not necessarily the right fit for everyone, I think it is important to note that there often is a significant difference between working at a large company and a small one. in a large organization, typically one's scope of work is narrower and often work outside of your scope is tasked with someone else, so that work can be assigned to another person. In a small company, you typically get a much broader work experience because you often get the opportunity to work on things outside of your typically scope, accelerating one's learning. Hopefully the experience you gained here set you up nicely for your next opportunity.
As one explores the next job opportunity, I feel it is important to understand what you are seeking from that role and what type of environment is best for you personally. We are a fantastic environment for many, and not the right fit for others. About 50% of our workforce has been with us for longer than 8 years, with quite a few having been with us for 20, 30, and even more than 40 years.
If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, working with a seasoned team, and be with an organization where your voice is heard, I recommend checking us out and explore if we may have the right environment to help you continue growing professionally and taking on some interesting and challenging projects.
