Many of those voices are from team members across departments over the last few years. Their stories are true and valid. I have witnessed with my own eyes the troubling incidents and poor behaviours they've referenced.
It's disappointing to see the company attempt to invalidate their experiences by dismissing it as a character flaw. I understand the need for this company to rehab its image if they ever do want to be acquired, but that's not the way to salvage a reputation.
