Friendly staff Good place to start if you are looking to get into affiliate marketing (if you can deal with unprofessional and naive management) Good office location

Cons

Most managers and Directors are very incompetent. Management is trying to sell the business, so they try to make the business look good instead of actually trying to be successful. Outdated ideas of company growth and work culture. Micro management and very little growth opportunities. Turnover rate is very high.
