Pros
You can tell that the Hiring Managers take the overall company culture into account, as each and every person on the team is a solid, hardworking person all collectively working towards the same goal. In my own experience, I came aboard after a series of tech companies, similar size and larger, and was hesitant at first to come aboard, due to my experience level specifically in this industry. Since then, my opinion of working here has shifted to being completely confident in my own role in the organization and the impact one person can have to help everyone hit the collective goal. This is the way that all tech companies should operate. Empower your employees and allow them to excel at what they're skilled in.
Cons
This company is growing fast, and with that comes your general growing pains, but this is nothing to be concerned about. If anything, I'd say now is the time to come aboard, as there will be many seats to fill to maintain their success.
