      Pros

      It’s a company where you can learn a lot from your peers. If you live in Brazil, the pay is good. (I don’t know how good the pay is for those living in the U.S., which is why I specified Brazil.) The leadership in Brazil is simply phenomenal.

      Cons

      Since the company operates in international markets, it may be a bit challenging to adapt to the business process if you are not familiar with it. This isn’t a problem, just something the company needs to keep in mind.

      Pros

      I've had opportunities to learn new skills, contribute to meaningful work, and grow professionally. Communication is open, and team members are encouraged to share ideas and feedback.

      Cons

      If I could change one thing, it would be the work schedule. We currently work every Saturday, and I think alternating weekends on and off would help improve work life balance while still meeting business needs.
