      Pros

      I don't think so there are any good reasons apart from Salary Hike to work in this company.

      Cons

      Poor Management-Overall Cab Facility Is Paid and Always delayed. Slow or absolutely no Growth at all. Career Ruining Track. No Credibility of the Product. Customers want refund instead of Resolution. Lack of development. Lots of Dirty Politics. No Respect for work done.

      Pros

      I liked the people I worked with. Work life balance was fine for the time I was there.

      Cons

      CEO thinks he was in the military (very odd complex). At first, CEO seems like an inspirational leader with a TED Talk like delivery but deep down it is empty and patronizing.
