Senior management is arrogant and pushy with the prospect. The customer doesn't trust this company - no credibility.

Pros

The staff (non-management); very good, productive people.

Cons

Inconsistent decision-making, direction and communication from management, mislead candidates during interview process, manipulative with employees and prospects / customers, internal conflicts between departments for control and recognition from the CEO. Management constantly ignored prospect's protocol creating issues with closing deals.

Pros

The money can be good but the environment is absolutely the worst I've ever experienced, especially for those that manage accounts.

Cons

- Anyone who has used or been exposed to the product long enough has realized it's marginal at best. - A lot of selling but with an even greater amount of customer turnover so not sure what the long-term prospects of success are for anyone but the CEO and his family, who all work there - see bullet 2 - the "walls have ears"!

Pros

In Pittsburgh with generally very nice people below the executive level.

Cons

After 1 week on the job a colleague came to my office , shut the door and said, “so you’ve realized this doesn’t work right?” My hiring manager was your typical, slick sales guy that had no interest in the actual performance of the product. Just maintain current customers and add more! And be sure to keep the attendance board accurate.
