      Thank you for the feedback, I am sorry I didn't seem to work out between us. We do try to offer a clear path from Recruiter onwards but it seems we didn't manage to meet your expectations. I wish you all the best in whatever career path you chose moving forward.

      Decent base salary increases for billing well.

      Cons

      Noone knows how to do business development. Leadership are only in their roles due to tenure, not because they have any experience in management. All they know is how to micromanage and berate, as that is what comes from the top down. Nothing is ever good enough, no matter how much you bill. They love to put top performers on PIPs if they have one bad month. C level is out of touch with the market and did not recognize there was a tech crash until 6 months after it happened.
