Pros

This summer, I did my HR internship at FP Markets, and it was an overall great and growing experience. Even though I could not finish the full internship due to personal reasons, I truly valued my time there. From the recruitment stage to the internship itself, everyone was kind and welcoming. The HR team in particular was eager to help me learn and understand, and to find my place within the company. From the very first days, it was clear that FP Markets is a company that values its people and treats employees with respect. The internship also gave me exposure to real HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, which helped me develop practical skills for my career. The program was structured yet flexible, offering clear guidance while also encouraging independence. The company culture is international and inclusive and colleagues are approachable and open to cooperation, which makes it easy to build connections and friendships early on. I would definitely recommend FP Markets to students and graduates looking to gain hands-on HR experience or to anyone seeking a supportive and professional workplace.

Cons

None to mention from my experience.

Pros

Tremendous growth opportunities — I started in an entry-level role and moved into leadership within a short span. Freedom and flexibility in the way we work, which makes FP Markets stand out from many other companies. A culture of respect and teamwork where every employee feels valued. Strong focus on employee well-being, with activities that support both mental and physical health. Management truly recognizes and rewards potential, giving people the chance to thrive.

Cons

Nothing to mention anything in specific.

Pros

20 working days of annual leave Convenient HR system (BambooHR) Birthday leave provided Overtime payments were available Company provided a laptop (with partial reimbursement policy) Within our team, we managed to build an effective and collaborative agile workflow

Cons

Poor overall management and lack of clear communication Strong disconnect between leadership and development teams Teams had to self-organize to maintain productivity and shield work from external disruptions Termination process was highly unprofessional - access was revoked without prior notice or conversation No performance evaluation conducted prior to dismissal High-performing and productive developers were let go without justification Mass layoffs (approximately half of the team) created instability and concern Lack of recognition for extra effort, including unpaid overtime and personal time invested
