Pros

Genuinely great group of people to work with — supportive colleagues and a collaborative culture that makes coming in each day enjoyable. Management is approachable and the team atmosphere is positive. Compensation is also strong: competitive base pay, solid benefits, and the rewards reflect the effort you put in. It's a fast-moving, professional environment where good work gets noticed.

Cons

Honestly few complaints during my time here. As with any fast-growing brokerage, things can move quickly and priorities shift, so being comfortable with a bit of pace and change helps. Some processes could be streamlined further as the company continues to scale.

Micromanagement creates a stressful work environment

Pros

Some benefits are okay. Free meals, fully stock pantry. Great and supportive local employees. Some flexible working hours.

Cons

Very MICROMANAGE. Caused me to be anxious all the times. I need to keep list down what I did each day. Even I already informed what I did the manager skipped the message and ask the same questions?? The pressure is also crazy here. People left and right expecting things to get done on very tight deadlines without properly understand how the tasks need to get done, some is very time consuming to get done, and they would just let you work wayyy past your working hours . They didn't care about you're wellbeing too. If you fell ill, they still ask why haven't done certain tasks. On holidays, on leave, public holidays these micro manage managers will disturb you. They never respect your space. I hope i can leave this company soon once i get other opportunities. Not worth my wellbeing and mental health to stay here long.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. While the right of individuals to express their views is welcomed and respected, the experience described here does not reflect our company’s values, policies, or the standard practices across teams. Employee wellbeing, reasonable workloads, respect for personal time, and clear communication are all taken very seriously. Policies governing working hours, leave, and health-related matters are firmly in place, and all managerial staff are expected to uphold them. Allegations of persistent pressure, disregard for medical leave, and inappropriate contact during holidays are not consistent with how our company operates. Had these concerns been raised through internal channels, they would have been addressed immediately. We encourage all our employees who may be experiencing any difficulty to contact HR directly so that their concerns can be reviewed objectively and handled appropriately. FP Markets remains committed to fostering a respectful, supportive, and professional environment, and welcomes all feedback as part of this ongoing effort.
