      Very social atmosphere when agents were around. Electric energy.

      Cons

      Poor compensation. Poor work conditions. Glorified employees for working over-time without compensation and held 40 hour workers to the same standard.

      Cons

      No cons, but it is not the place to work if you are not looking to grow or ego prevents you from improving. Our Realtors deserve and expect the best from staff and management.
