Pros
The company is small enough that you can access to the most senior leadership but isn't mired in layers of management that slows progress. The company culture is very supportive and family-like but there's definitely expectations of performance (a good thing).
Cons
As a regional bank that isn't huge, roles tend to be expected to wear many hats - which can be a great personal growth opportunity. They run a lean ship and move quickly - sometimes too quickly.
