      bank holidays and fair pay (not industry standard though)

      Cons

      management is never involved, then they get upset when something goes wrong. employee complaints are not taken seriously. employees are lowballed with offers so ask for more, they have the money but the more they save on budget the more execs get in their annual bonuses

      Great working environment especially because they implemented remote work policy. Good work life mix. Nice, capable co-workers who answer calls and emails.
