No restriction as far as timings are concerned provided you meet targets 9. Supportive MD and easy to approach for any suggestion
Cons
1. The structural changes, ofcourse these changes happen everhwhere, but no major change is seen in terms of results after that. 2. Strategies should be clear 3. Too slow to adapt 4. Less work 5. Employee credibility has taken a hit after such changes since higher management seems to be unclear of the tactics
