      This company is one of the most fast-growing startups I've seen, the reputation and products Firstbase has built have changed how industries work. It's inspiring to work in such an innovative company and very few people know how massive the mission Firstbase is tackling. Excellent startup to join early.

      As startups grow there are a lot of processes to create, this is a common issue in startups but it's a very good challenge, no cons at all.

      Used to be a lot, now there are none

      Cons

      New management has no idea what they are doing. The team is unengaged and leaving en masse. Absolutely no trust between the team and management. Don't just avoid at all costs, run as fast as you can away from these people.
