Rakuten Fits Me is looking to change the world of online fashion shopping through improving shopper's digital experience. It's these big ambitions and global nature of Fits Me with the backing of Rakuten that makes Fits Me an interesting place to work, particularly if you love fashion or world of ecommerce.

Pros

- Quite a lot of new blood has entered the business recently, which means fresh ideas and new ways of working. - Having the backing of a much larger organisation, means you get the feel and agility of a start up with better access to additional support services when needed. - Definitely well positioned in the FashTech sector. - Solving some really interesting challenges. - Tech heavy company - One to watch in the future.

Cons

- Needs to expand it's client base - 2017 could be a very good year if it can. - It is still in start-up phase, so be prepared to get your sleeves rolled up and get stuck in! - As it is still quite small (around 80 people) there are the usual teething issues.

Pros

Company events, Wednesday breakfasts, Friday lunches.

Cons

Hierarchical and dictatorial organization where management only rely on power and not leadership, a lot of bureaucracy despite its small size, some people playing office politics, no collaboration between teams, priorities constantly changing on a short whim, compensation far below market rate, company is not run by tech-savvy people, Estonian offices are low-cost centers where employees don’t have influence in any decisions and their opinions don’t matter.
