      Great work culture, colleagues are easy to work with, good management (no micromanagement, and as long as results are delivered, you are left to work as you see fit). Good opportunities for career growth also- within 2 years, I was bumped up from being a CSR to an account manager

      Could be more progressive towards the idea of working remotely
