Pros
For anyone in IT, this is an opportunity that cannot be matched. Incredible perks, international trips, fantastic work environment and team culture, and the opportunity to work with the latest and most advanced technology (hardware, networking, trading software, etc) are just some of the factors which make this a truly unique & rewarding opportunity in fintech.
Cons
The company HQ is in Amsterdam and the NY/SG offices are very dependent on the HQ. From an IT standpoint it would be nice to see the offices run a little bit more independently.
