Pros
Good work environment and office Lots of snacks, massages, social events Good strategy that makes a lot of money when volaitle Can make good money in strong years without much effort or long hours Friendly and social management
Cons
Aside from a few people not much cutting edge strategies or technology coming. High turnover and most senior roles filled by expensive people coming from banks and consulting firms and add lots of red tape. Good traders leave due to bad bonus or not given opportunity Not very diverse, few women in trading, mostly white European management
