Pros
Just the opportunity to be able to say “I worked at Flutterwave” Sounds nice to potential employers since Flutterwave seems to have good reputation in the public eye.
Cons
Not so good for growth, especially when you are in the customer service department, they are treated like slaves without choice, rules will keep changing on your head. While other staffs get to work remotely, the CX members go to work everyday, morning afternoon and night including weekends and public holidays. Absolutely no mercy. So much hypocrisy and politics being played here and there. The CX department is the worst place to join at Flutterwave. Avoid it
