      Pros

      Strong learning environment with exposure to complex projects and cross-functional teams. Talented colleagues who are knowledgeable and willing to support one another. Opportunities to take ownership and contribute beyond your formal job description. Fast-paced culture that encourages problem-solving and innovation.

      Cons

      apid growth can occasionally outpace internal processes and governance structures. Communication between departments could be improved to reduce dependencies and delays. Workload can become demanding during major product launches or strategic initiatives.

      Don't bother looking this way. It looks good on paper and on social media, but is a terrible place in reality

      Pros

      There are NO pros to working here. The only pro was it being remote, because you could save money from transportation. Now, they have mandated everybody returns to the office, 5 days a week, with no transport allowance, so no reason to keep work here.

      Cons

      There's a lot. A whole lot. - No more remote. Fulltime in office, 8am - 6pm effective July 1st. - Poor pay. I mean dirt poor. Senior engineers do not get up to N1m monthly. I kid you not. - WFH allowance is only N10k despite several townhalls for it to be revisited. - You get promoted in title yes, but not in responsibility and working with new technology. It's same work, new title. - The only cost of living adjustment they did was 5% gross annual salary increase, as opposed to what you would see on social media.
