In the first place this is the most toxic and unfair company you can find yourself in. Every time, you see how people who have something in relation with someone from the company’s office or management are taking the good schedules for work, at that time you may stay without work a few months waiting. Unfair attitude, your mistakes are always “visible” but some other people’s ones are always hidden even if they are most inadequate people working within the firm. Very poor of intelligence management - they make decisions based on personal relationships with employees and all others are just in a situation waiting for their “faith”.
