Very unprofessional management. You only receive good roster if you have personal relationship with any of the pilots. If you do diligently your duties most likely you will get sacked at the end of your contract or even before that. It’s more of a “family” company ..you have to be in personal relationship with someone in order to stay there or be promoted. It is a waste of time and energy working there, as it leads to no career development.
