I am sorry to hear that your experience with the flydocs work environment was less than what you expected from a flexible, customer-centric work environment. This doesn’t represent who we are or who we aspire to be. From your account, you did not feel included in decisions that affected your work-life balance.
flydocs pride itself in that we offer our team members the opportunity to work from home and partner with team members on how best to meet our customer's needs within a flexible work environment. I want to assure you that we will continue to use feedback, like yours and others, to invest in our ongoing efforts to ensure our flexible working practices strengthen our partnership.
I hope that you may be willing to work with us to dive a bit deeper into some of the actions and maybe inactions that may have caused you to have a less than favorable experience during your journey with flydocs.
