I had the pleasure to work here for just over a year. While there, I was surrounded by some of the smartest people I've ever worked with. They are a hard working bunch with great leadership and will be successful in dominating the global, cross-border payments space. It's an exciting place to work and they care about their employees. Apply to Flywire if you haven't already, you'll be very happy that you did.
Cons
With any fast growing company, there will be growing pains, but that's par for the course. The headquarters are in Boston, but the largest office is located in Valencia, Spain. The communication was sometimes a bit spotty (just the flow of information back and forth, not literally speaking or writing), but they're working hard to improve that and I'm sure it will get much better with time.
