      Pros

      I have been with the company for 10 years. Started in sales and now in management. This is a good, fair and honest company. If you work hard for them, they will work hard for you. High level management is realistic on the goals and expectations they set. Good incentives, good benefits. Great working environment and the people in the company are great. I can't imagine working anywhere else.

      Cons

      No company is perfect, but at least FRMS strives to always do better for not only the company, but the people and the industry.

      Pros

      Good products to sell and perks like sales contests to earn bonuses and vacations

      Cons

      Due to all of the admin work like writing agreements, building websites, taking photos and making changes to websites when needed, sending ad proofs to every print client for copy changes every 4 weeks, and meeting with 40 clients to service account every month, only about 20% of time is left to actually sell.
