    Communication is key to keep your employees from going into chaos mode

    In order to keep good people you need to further develop opportunities for advancement from within the company rather than hiring from outside. Your experts are already employed by your company.

    Very supportive management that was always available to help in any way they could. Fun industry to work in!

    Providing good customer service seemed to take quite a bit of time away from selling.

    Short commute, flexible with time office, appointments, etc., nice people interesting work.

    Cons

    Low salary, communication doesn't always filter down from management, never any recognition or perks for the Admin staff, only sales people. No appreciation for their employees.
