I have been with ForUsAll for nearly two years, motivated by our mission to improve financial futures. The leadership, including the CEO, is ambitious and committed to employee development, although sometimes misunderstood. Our team, especially the Participant Advisory and Product teams, is excellent and drives innovation. In the time I’ve been here, the exec team has been focused on significantly improving efficiency, quality and making sure we have the best people in each role. While that has meant parting ways with some team members to make way for new people, the result is a high quality team of smart ambitious people. For prospective employees, expect a dynamic environment that values initiative and an executive team focused on career growth.
