Good pay, laid back management team, flexible hours and company car. The office is nice and filled with amenities you need to feel at home.
Cons
No benefits including 401k, no leadership, no team morale, no one trust anyone, lots of gossip internally and the fact that they argue unemployment when they release you is unfortunate! You should allow your employees to do the job you asked them to do rather than micromanaging them. It is more important to be a team than working against each other. So many people working in this company like being left alone in the day to day task but are uncomfortable with not knowing the future of the company. It's hard to work hard for a boss you know will shut his office door when a conflict between team members arises instead of stepping in and handling it.
