-Profit sharing -Big Projects for big customers in fantastic locations -Good training
Cons
-Massive amounts of travel -Upper level management gives little regard for employee morale. We would often be given the excuse of "Well that's just the way it is." Or, "I wish you would have said something, not saying anything would change but we like to know."
