      Pros

      Generous paid time off, because you have to take time off to avoid mental breakdown.

      Cons

      In order to get ahead in this company, you have to kiss butt. You can be the most hard working individual with a great attitude, but if you don't kiss your superiors butt, just plan on staying where you are. Serious micro management.

      The teams are amazing and leadership is accessible at all times. You feel like you are making a difference

      Cons

      Branching out to offer 3 platforms to agents can be a little daunting but manageable. Foremost is trying new things to drum up business and it has been a little bit of a misfire on our side causing frustration and fires to out continuously.
