      Pros

      The benefits were good ie work from home, Bupa Private healthcare etc.

      Cons

      The company is going through constant changes including a large restructuring leading to many redundancies. This impacted a large proportion of the organisation. The company regularly changes goalposts and has no strategic direction from the CEO. The managers were toxic and would bully employees during work meetings leading to a culture that was uncomfortable. There is no work/life balance at the organisation. Employees are expected to work long hours for little reward.

      Pros

      Supportive coworkers, good exposure to finance and business operations, and opportunities to work cross-functionally with different teams. The company is growing, so there is room to learn and take ownership.

      Cons

      Processes can feel a bit unclear at times, and priorities may shift quickly. Some systems and reporting workflows could be more streamlined. Like many growing companies, communication between teams can sometimes be inconsistent.
