Trying to leave fortress is not easy. You sign a 90 day notice period when you start and they often hold you a majority of the 90 days. It makes finding a job after Fortress difficult due to the lengthy retention period. Its also not done out of necessity but rather to make a point. There is also a 6 month to 1 year non compete that you sign depending on your level.
