Unclear job expectations, lack of clarity and transparency across the company and lack of management alignment decision. Promotions and internal moves are decided unilaterally whereas good talent is fired with no previous and specific feedback shared with them. Performance is not really measured. You will do well in the company if you know the right people and are willing to use that influence. Recommendation: put a stop to people using their influence to do what they want.
