Recently moved from more rigid structure where non technical people is taking decisions to a more Engineer lead decision making which made the company possible to really make a change on technical debt and new features.

Remote first, good salaries, great onboarding
Cons
Startup culture At any point in time and regardless of your performance, they can set a meeting with you and fire you on the spot without giving any reason. It happened to me and I've seen it happen to over ten people on my time there.
