Pros

The pay is higher than industry normal, and there is a very competitive commission structure.

Cons

The reason the pay is higher and there is a competitive commission structure is because management is never going to pay commission, or if they do they will be sure to change the target so you aren't getting what you deserve. Incredibly high employee turnover (company is at it's max 10 people and I worked with 20 in 5 years). This is not a company that is employee focused, the company is only focused on what benefits the owner (lack of flexibility, expect you to work 50+ hours per week). Micromanagement is high, they don't care about results, only care about if you follow their selling process.

Pros

The pay is decent and the location was nice.

Cons

Walk in at 8:01 - you're in trouble. Leave at 4:59 - you're in trouble. Want to get paid commissions that are due to you - think again. This company and especially it's owner are dedicated to themselves. If it benefits him 100% he is all about it, until it no longer benefits him. He preys on the weakness of others to manipulate and acts like the victim when called out. Do yourself a favor and find another company. There are better companies and much better leaders to work for. It's no secret that the longest standing employees are family. It makes me sick how many years I wasted here. The only positive review here is from family.
