      Have been working here for 6 years, remote work for Cisco TAC. Decent payment.

      Cons

      No frequent annual salary increases. Unfortunately, management messed it up with their biggest Client and Cisco decided to close the account this year.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
