      It's good for a first job If you know German, you're treated like a king.

      Cons

      A terrible human resources team, they always have problems. Depending on the project they don't care about your time and paying for your overtime days/hours is unreasonable.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
