Pros

Some accounts lets you choose your preferred shifts, beginner friendly, and their recruitment to on-boarding process is fairly structured and they focus on inside hiring when it comes to higher positions so growth in the company is possible

Cons

Pay is too low and there is no increase Metrics are ridiculously high but the compensation is not proportional to the demand Depending on the department there are favoritisms and heavy office politics

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
