Poor pay for the amount of work and aggravation, stressed at work in my own house, shift bid every 3 months, poor AHT (call handle time) expectations, they disguise sales positions as technical support positions, but it's really a sales position. Poor training, back 2 back calls no matter what schedule or campaign you are on, ball and chained to your desk in your own house, a lot of lies told, very clicky, inadequate training. Read company manual because coaches don't explain anything. My cons list goes on and on. I won't do that again...lol
