The staff that I work with are fantastic or at least the ones that actually try. Plus they will work with you on hours and give you schedule that you want.

Cons

Favoritism is an issue. If the rules apply to one then they should apply to all.

Work at home is the only pro

Cons

The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
