Pros

paid on time, can be good for a couple of months until you find something else

Cons

First of all, as I've worked there for a while I can see so many fake reviews, with almost any detail or explanation, someone paid for them. Working tools never work, worst management in my life from bottom to top. Agents are overworked and always on "baja" or depressed,most of the time drunk or stoned to cope with pressure, low salaries and a lie after a lie. I understand that they are unable to get new clients/ customers and all the good employees run out of the company as soon as possible, the management is so bad that I'm unable to understand that the company in BCn still holds on. Organization of the tasks is like a Marx Brothers movie, avoid this place

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
