Pros

Option to work from Home 2 Paid 15 minute breaks

Cons

Not very flexible on schedules Training is horrible, always issues during training and unorganized They start you at $11 per hour and the max they will go up is to $12 and that is all you get unless you change to a different position. So you can be a phone agent for 5 years and you will not get anymore raises. They make you clock out two hours early or make you take a two hour lunch which is unpaid when they want to, so that makes you lose working hours at your expense even if you don't want to They provide you with horrible equipment that is probably not checked when shipped. (My equipment and some of the other agents during training came with a broken monitor, and the computer case was opened.) They have a horrible IT which is contracted by Sitel. (They are no help at all) They have super strict rules, which almost makes it sound that if you make a mistake while you are new and training was a fail they will let you go

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
