      Pros

      No Sunday work- Nice colleagues

      Cons

      No access to a HR department, no protection from unions, higher management difficult to deal with and do not communicate respectfully towards employees, no sick pay whatsoever, commission bonuses are laughable and can be taken from you at any time (this is in the contract)

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
