Pros

Remote Work, Virtual Training, Decent Pay

Cons

Long story short. I was offered a job and a set schedule during my interview and onboarding. After 3 weeks of training we learned that a shift bid would occur. The schedules offered during our interviews were no longer available. This training class went from 25 to 14 people. Just sad. Employee retention is a struggle for this company and better offers are available elsewhere. This set the tone for my tenure, which won't be long. Frankly.

Pros

Some level of job security. You know exactly what you're doing because it's a call center. Different client projects that you could apply to be part of. Located in Orem by the mall. Decent pay ($25 an hour... for now).

Cons

You can't have anything on the call floor depending on the client (I support Intuit, so there are no phones, paper, pencils, books... nothing). The benefits are atrocious. PTO doesn't start until after 6 months. Company politics and favorites exist here. I'd say about 30% of calls get transferred to us from other departments (Payroll, Payments, Desktop, Saves, Sales, pretty much everyone) that should not have been transferred and could have been solved without us. They're going to hire more account resolution specialists soon after so many agents left, and they're starting their pay at $20 an hour.... so just think about what means for us. You get one occurrence per day you are absent even if you call in sick. I think 10 is the limit.
