      They are one of the best BPO Industry and they gave exellent customer services

      I Don't have see anything downside of Sitel aside from Late working hour but Its sound interesting for me .

      Pros

      The trainer made the learning very engaging. She made questions a priority and made it very comfortable asking them. The learning material was a lot but very necessary.
