      Your good work gets recognized at this company and it is easy to rise to higher positions (at least in German speaking projects)

      Cons

      The salaries are not competitive from the start and don't match the hugely increased amount of work an responsibility after a promotion.

      Work at home is the only pro

      Cons

      The pay, the people do not want to help when needed when you have qu4stions, customers are rude and hateful, trainers do not train very well at all, they do not communicate very well with you. Training is terrible. Be prepared to be thrown to the phones the second week of training. This job is mentally draining.
